Domestic Shipping Info
Most items ship via either UPS or FEDEX and arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If you have multiple items in your order, they may ship from more than one warehouse, which would result in you receiving more than one shipment.
Personalized items may take additional days for processing, this will depend upon the specific item ordered.
Simple Return Policy
Ice Standard offers a simple 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all items.* Return items within 30 days of purchase for any reason, by contacting us for a Return Authorization number and the address to ship the items. You may return items for replacement or refund within 30 days after purchase. Please contact customer support via email at support@icestandard.org to obtain your RA#. You must obtain the RA# and apply it to the outside of your package upon return to be eligible for a refund.
*This refund policy does not apply to personalized items. All sales on personalized items are final unless there was an error made on the printing of the items.
